I love that they are environmentally conscious and work to reduce waste and create as much of a positive impact on the environment as they can!

"text": "We had a fantastic time doing the guided tour which was given to us by the co-owners of the distillery. The tour began with a detailed presentation and explanation about their environmentally sustainable process of creating their spirits from beginning to end. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the process and clearly were very passionate about their work. The tour finished with a tasting where you try their mead and 2 spirits of choice, each with a very unique difference. This is certainly a one of kind place and experience which we would highly recommend to anyone looking for something to do when visiting the city of Quebec!",

"text": "Wow! Wanted to try a distillery for my birthday, and the place was closed. However, the owner was on site and kindly let us in for a tasting. He discussed his bees and the different aspects of his distillery. The tasting was amazing. All the products were great and very well explained. Highly recommend this place for a tasting, and you will definitely leave with a bottle like us.",
