Took the gin making class. It was a lot of fun. Very good instructors. Would be a great date event or corporate team building. The location is really well done and the restaurant attached is fantastic. Put it on your things to do/go!

And gave us the history of the building which was a horse stable for 100 horses.\nAlso a telegraph office in the war.\nThey teach classes in making your own spirits.\nDon like the bourbon & goat\nDede liked honey liqueur and the cherry cordial\nConnie liked the dill cucumber gin\nBrians choice-bee whisper and smoothe talker",

"text": "We stopped in to kill some time before a flight because the weather was poor and we were blown away by all of the staff. We spent most of our time in the tasting room and Ashley was INCREDIBLE!!! She spent so much extra time with us and even took us through the distillery. We purchased so many items and had we had more room in our suitcases, we would have purchased more. We also met Cory, the manager, who was also engaging and dynamic. We are desperate for Burwood to start distribution to the States as we will be the biggest customers.",

The distillery provides you with a few different recipes to choose from or you can make your own then you \"forage\" for ingredients. The process was simple and the staff were helpful and entertaining! We are saving our gin for a special occasion, but I can't wait to try it!",

"text": "My friend and I did the Gin Making class on April 5th and it was amazing! We arrived early to have lunch and try a few of Vacay's beers ahead of the course. We really enjoyed how the class was structured - upon entering the instructions were given to us and we were then left to our own recipe creation based off of the information provided. We had so much fun picking and choosing the changes we wanted and then measuring out the ingredients. During the class a waitress was taking drink orders which added to the fun. We were also impressed with the age demographic of the class and the overall vibe - people wanting to learn and create as opposed to just taste. We got to take home our bottle and 24 hours later we made gin and tonics, and they were delicious! 10/10 recommend this as a fun weekend activity!",
