The distillery offers a great experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff, a variety of delicious drinks, and a modern building. The regularly changing menu and ability to purchase spirits in the store are notable highlights, making for a fun and engaging visit.
Building is modern, variety of drinks make the experience fun and lots of flavors to try and customer service was great. Once the summer arrives itll be a nice experience as well. Wish their hours went beyond 7pm, which seems early for a closing for that sort of venue but its worth a 5 star rating in my opinion !

"text": "Been here a couple times for cocktails now, always a great experience. We have only been on weekdays during the day but they also have events in the evenings. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the cocktails are super delicious. They regularly change up the menu so always something fun to try. Bonus is that you can also buy all their spirits and coolers in the store afterwards.",

"text": "After dropping off our daughter at university, we picked up a couple of bottles of gin before heading back to Montreal. Our intention was to put a little money into the local economy; we had no expectations as far as the gin was concerned. We were pleasantly surprised. It makes an excellent gin and tonic! Job well done!",
