Their distillery only serves drinks and they are all in mini form. All their alcoholic cocktails are $6\n\nWe got the elderflower sparkle which was very fresh tasting. The elderflower part was quite strong and floral flavored. It wasn't overly sweet and the vodka was very smooth.\n\nThe cassis was also made with their vodka so it was also very smooth. The black currant flavour was quite strong and it wasn't too sweet. The consistency was thicker than regular cocktails.\n\nThe not in Manhattan was very smokey. The lapsang souchong was very strong.\n\nThe cherry rye sour had a strong cherry flavour. The aquafaba made the drink a bit thick.\n\nOverall our favorite were the cassis and the elderflower sparkle.
