Our private party was amazing because of the incredible service, attention to detail, and courteous staff who looked after our people from beginning to end. Absolutely outstanding! Thank you, Brianna and your amazing team! We will do this again and again.

"text": "Rented the venue for an engagement party and could not have been more thrilled with how everything turned out.\n\nBooking process was very simple, prices were reasonable considering the high quality product, staff the day of were great, and overall the atmosphere/space was perfect for a party of 30-40.\n\nAs per usual the charcuterie board and signature cocktails were excellent, but I would also highly recommend trying the “tasting bar” option if hosting an event here. It was a fun experience for everyone involved to get to try a variety of different spirits.\n\nWould definitely consider crosscut for future events!!",

"text": "Edited review from below: Changed my 3 starts to 4 stars as Corissa reached out from Crosscut in order to understand our experience and provided great above and beyond service. We are looking forward to our next visit.\n\nOld review: Visited this distillery for the first time today. Few positive points were the patio space which allowed us to bring our doggo and at first how the server brought water for us and our doggo in a bowl. We ordered the Sunday special which is $5 for 5 spirit flights and vegetable spring rolls with Thai chili sauce. We received our spirit flights pretty quickly and we tried them very fast. We were waiting for the server to come back because we wanted to order 5 more to try other flavours. She came back around 435pm. When we tried to order 5 more sample flights, she said it was their last call was passed and they can't give us anymore. This is unfortunate as if we were informed it was last call, we would have ordered more at first. At this point, we didn't say anything. The upsetting part was how the server asked 2 other clients who were sitting at the patio, who came after us and after we tried to order more, that is was last call and if they need it anything. I went inside the bar to check out their drinks, and the server behind the bar asked another client who was sitting at the stool if they wanted anything since it was the last call. This was at 445pm. We felt that everyone else got a chance to order more with the last call except us. Our spring rolls came out at that time. Few of them were just split open, but even that was ok. We got a take out container to go to make sure we would leave by 5pm since the place was closing. I asked the server if she had a small container for the sauce. She said she's not sure, but she will go check inside. After 5 minutes, she came back outside and just started to put all the stools away, close the umbrellas, and clean up the vacant tables, completely forgetting about the request for a container. It's unfortunate because we would have liked to try others drinks. We did spend $45 dollar to buy a bottle of liquor that we liked from the spirits we did get to try, which we think is overpriced for the size. We left with a feeling that the service could have been better and all clients can be better informed about last call.",
