Loved the place! The owner’s have gone to great lengths to recreate the purpose of gathering at the church for locals, but instead of praying, they get to drink coffee and bring home a bottle of gin! The gin has a multitude of taste with each sip. It needs to be drank straight to enjoy all these flavours. Will come back next summer to do the tour. I heard the guy that does it is amazing 😊

"text": "God bless the gin! The owners have gone to great lengths to blend in with the church - and have succeeded splendidly. The nave and altar are now dominated by a huge copper still behind glass. The confessional doubles as a liquor cabinet. Benches are used for tastings. The gin is not cheap at C$40 for a 500 ml bottle but it’s smooth. The reason: the infusion of a wild flower called Blanche Immortelle. Beautiful label by local artist.",
