Superb gin and vodka. The young man who produces the spirits is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, and the results show. The small tasting room was run by his father on the day we went, and he was very informative, and genial. The vodka was outstanding, which for me is a big statement as I am not a big vodka drinker. This vodka though is superior to any other I've tried. The gins and among the best I've had, as well. Try their aged gin, which spends 4 months in oak barrels. Extremely good! You can find their Panacee gin in many local bars and restaurants too.
