It's such a cute place! The food was to die for. My husband had the bison burger, and I had the filet mignon. We shared a spinach and artichoke dip. For desert, we shared a huge serving or apple crumble. I highly recommend it!

"text": "Personally I feel this is one of the best restaurants in Banff town. It was so good that we visited twice. My favourite dishes are pork ribs, grilled prawns tacos, drunken prawns, fish burger and the seasonal dish baked Camembert.",

"text": "Had a very simple but delicious meal here. The Alberta Angus Ribeye steak was wonderful. The steak was cooked medium rare to perfection and was juicy & delicious. The accompanying broccolini and roasted carrots balanced out the meal, while the crispy onions elevated each bite. Loved the baked potatoes as well. The Mac and cheese was light and not super heavy compared to other variations I’ve had, but I personally enjoyed it! The garlic breadcrumbs added a nice texture to it. The backpacker bowl was surprisingly quite good! It contained all of my favorite fresh ingredients and the peanut sauce tied everything together beautifully. I also forgot to take pictures but the drinks here were solid as well. Loved their alcoholic root beer.",

"text": "Great atmosphere, amazing beers and cocktails!\nWe came for drinks spontaneously, because it looked inviting - and we had to come again. And again.\nWe had different seating each time: once on the balcony, once at a table inside, and once at the bar. Each time, the service was great, friendly and attentive, even when they had a full house (especially our server during our longest stay, Crystal - one quick eye contact from across the room, and she came right over.)\nThe atmosphere is great, especially the bar and distillery look amazing. One time (late afternoon / early evening), they even had a DJ in the middle of the room, who played a fusion of jazz and electronic music, which was fun (and at a perfect volume - even seated right next to him, we were able to have a normal conversation, which is very appreciated).\nAwesome cocktails as well, my favourite was the Sawback, highly recommended!\nMost guests seemed to come for the food; since we only had drinks, I cannot judge it, but the portions looked generous and tasty. They will serve you food no matter where you're seated (even at the bar).\nIt's located conveniently on the main street in the middle of Banff, almost impossible to miss (and you shouldn't!). That also puts it very close to the bus stops - buses circulate until around 11pm.",
