Their gin comes in a variety of flavours appropriate to mix, martini, or just straight up.\nTheir tasting room is closed at this time, but the reopening in imminent. Direct sales are still available in the allotted hours. Ring the doorbell for service.\nThe options are posted in the window along with the prices. The Lemon Gin is smooth and tasty, the Rhubarb Gin is next on our list to sample.",

"text": "This is a great spot in Sooke to stop for a tasting. They have great options for gin and other spirits to taste and the tastings are complimentary. We had to stop ourselves from buying each of the drinks we tried. They also make and sell the non-alcoholic options here.",
