"text": "Hosted a meetup here recently on a Wednesday night. Very welcoming staff. We were offered tastings of their three moonshines with an explanation of each, which was a nice way to start off our visit.\n\nThe moonshine is gluten-free and is made from locally sourced sugar beets. It’s information like this that has made me gravitate more towards microbreweries and distilleries over the past few years. In this case, supporting local goes back to whoever planted those beets and the entire chain through to me drinking the moonshine.\n\nI had a flight of three 0.5 ounce cocktails for my first round and an Orange Moon (moonshine and orange crush!) for my second drink. I also had the charcuterie, which was large for the price and came with gluten free crackers. How big was the charcuterie? My friend ordered it too and she is still talking about it.\n\nI meant to take pictures of the taproom - like their funky barstools - but I forgot. It is a welcoming space though!",
