"text": "Simply amazing dark rum!\nI'd seen an ad on Instagram for their rums. Thought they looked and sounded interesting.\nI really wanted to sample before I purchased any.\nYesterday my wife and I were in Edmonton transcending dental medication.\nAfter our appointments we drove St. Albert found the DaVinci & T-Rex Distillery. It's a little bit east of the Enjoy Centre.\n\nWe welcomed in by a very nice young gentleman, he was well spoken and helpful, explaining the details of their rums.\nI tried the dark, the spiced and white rums. They were all excellent,\nI particularly like the dark, it's 50% alcohol strong, but it's like opening a sturdy oak door not exactly sure whats on the other side.\nWhen you open and step in its like a library that is filled with delightful rare books each one more amazing than the next.\nSo many marvelous flavors!\nIf you like dark rum, you will love it!\nI've had the Bluenose dark rum made by Ironworks distillery of Lunenburg, NS, and it is lovely, an expensive lovely.\nI like the T-Rex dark rum more.\nThe spiced is a nice spiced rum at 35% alcohol that mixes well with Pepsi Max.\n\nTheir award winning white is very nice, but I'm a dark rum man. If you like white rum, you will love it.\nFor 750ml the dark is $28, and the spiced is $21.\nI'm certain I will be buying more!\nDue to Covid you just call the number on the door and they will come let you in.\nThen you may sample both rum and gellatos if you so wish.\nBut their rum and you will not be disappointed!",
