While we don't currently offer distillery tours, our inviting retail space is open for tastings and cocktail enthusiasts to discover the artistry behind our spirits. Stop by Wednesday from 12 pm to 4 pm or Thursday to Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm to experience our unique coastal charm.

      "text": "Went here on a Friday afternoon with a group of 4 and had a $7.00/person tour which takes place every hour. It was interesting, informative and fun. Lasted about 30 minutes. Dave and Jason were very friendly and engaging.\n\nThe tour includes a tasting at the end of 5 items.\nThe Empress gin is beautiful and delicious. We definitely took a bottle home. The chocolate liquer was amazing.\n\nWe also enjoyed some gin and tonics. We got some great information on gin and had a great time.",

      "text": "Went on the tour of this place. It's a nice clean place and a new building built a few years ago right on the water front in downtown sidney. The tour took about a half hour and the tasting took about a half hour aswell. We all had a cocktail as we talked around on the tour. The guy doing the tour was very knowledgeable and spent the time to take question from anyone that had any question.",
