I came in for a tasting and it was delicious. Very smooth spirits and great flavour profiles. I was helped by Sarah and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely want to come back for cocktails!

"text": "Best cocktails in town! We love coming here for the deliciously creative bevvies and unique atmosphere. The lights inside make it feel like you're inside a ship! So cool. The bar staff are super fun too! I'll always keep a bottle of Walsh's Welsh and Southside citrus gin in our liquor cabinet so we can make yummy drinks for friends. Can't wait for the new deck to open for the summer!!",

"text": "You just never know the wonderful places you’ll run into. Out for an evening walk and came across this amazing distillery! We just had to check it out. A portion of the inside is like the inside of a ship, was so cool!!\nThe cocktails are all handcrafted, local as you can get in ingredients!! We tried the espresso martini - was my first one ever-YUM! and a beautiful gin drink with thyme and fruit…refreshing! We met the gentleman that crafted all the recipes. A pure delightful experience! A must visit to put on your list! Cheers to you and your crew at Wooden Walls!",

I especially enjoy the coffee liqueur - it is like an unsweetened mocha, but without bitterness.\n\nThe venue is a wonderful comfortable lounge/bar area, made for warm conversations to be easy.\n\nThe staff are kind and informative, and made me feel thoroughly welcome and at home there.\n\n10/10 if you are visiting St. Johns (or live here I suppose!) and enjoy your spirits, or just a comfortable quiet bar, stop in here.\n\nCheers from SoCal. Both thumbs up. I am sure my mom will enjoy the bottle with me that I am bringing back :)",
